This policy explains how Sirius PM ("I", "me") handles information on this website and in the Sirius PM Keyword Planner tool, an internal application that connects to the Google Ads API.

This website

This site does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and has no forms. If you email me, I use your message and email address only to reply to you.

The Keyword Planner tool

The tool is used only by me, on my own computer, to research keywords for the Google Ads accounts I manage on behalf of my clients. It is not offered to the public.

What it accesses: when I sign in with Google, the tool requests the Google Ads scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). It uses this only to list the Google Ads accounts I manage, look up location IDs, and retrieve Keyword Planner data such as keyword ideas, search volumes, competition and bid ranges.
Read-only use: the tool does not create, change, pause or delete anything in any Google Ads account.
Storage: sign-in credentials and results (CSV, JSON and summary files) are stored only on my computer, with access limited to my user account. Nothing is sent to any server operated by me or any third party.
No personal data: Keyword Planner data is aggregated search statistics. The tool does not collect personal information about searchers, advertisers' customers or anyone else.
Sharing: I do not sell or share Google user data. I may share keyword research findings with the client whose account the research is for, as part of my work for them.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Sirius PM's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask about or request deletion of any data related to you, email me and I will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
